| 摘 要： | 以学生的视角，借鉴美国学者普拉苏拉曼、约瑟曼和贝里（Parasuraman、Zeithaml＆Berry）于1985年提出的PZB质量缺口模型，对宁波地区高等职业教育关键服务品质展开评价和分析，并就提升该地区高职教育服务品质提出具体建议。

| Abstract: | With the PZB model put forward by Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry in 1985, the paper evaluates the critical service quality of higher vocational education in Ningbo area from the scope of the students. Furthermore, the paper gives the detailed suggestions on how to improve the performance of service quality of higher vocational education in Ningbo area. |
