摘 要: | 分析了正则方程和正则动量的物理意义,讨论了由正则方程向薛定谔方程过渡的物理依据,认为正则方程和薛定谔方程都是研究有心力场中单粒子运动问题的. 正则动量是与粒子在有心力场中的能态相对应的动量,影响正则动量的分别是温度和外场. 温度只影响固体材料中价电子的正则动量,外场既影响固体材料中价电子的正则动量,也影响其定向运动动量.

Influencing Factors of Canonical Momentum of Valence Electrons in Solid Materials |

Abstract: | Physical interpretation of canonical equation and canonical momentum are analyzed.The physical basis of canonical equation transiting to Schr?dinger equation is discussed.It is considered that canonical equation and Schr?dinger equation are all studying single particle movement in central force field.Canonical momentum is the corresponding momentum to energy level of particle in central force field,and temperature and external field are the influences on canonical momentum.Temperature just influences the canonical momentum of valence electrons in solid materials.And external field influences not only the canonical momentum of valence electrons in solid materials,but the directional movement momentum. |
