| 摘 要： | 研究发现硫酸镁能降低中枢神经系统对疼痛的敏感性，降低外周神经系统对伤害性刺激的反应性，可缩短全麻药异丙酚麻醉诱导时间，可明显减少麻醉镇痛药物和肌松药的用量，延长术后镇痛有效时间。

| Abstract: | The study found that magnesium sulphate reduce the sensitivity to pain in the central ncrvous system, reduce the peripheral nervous system reactivity of nociccptive stimulus, shorten the anesthetic propofol anetthesia induction time, obviously reduce the consumption of narcotic analgesic drugs and muscle relaxants. and prolong postoperative analgesia effeetively. |
