山西煤焦化行业粗苯产品总硫含量分布研究

摘    要:本文统计研究了山西省焦化企业中粗苯硫含量分布情况,针对山西省焦化企业生产的粗苯分布地区不同,选取了可以代表全省粗苯的样品60个,利用紫外荧光光谱法建立了一种测量粗苯中总硫含量的方法。结果表明,在最佳工作条件下,该方法工作曲线相关系数可达到0.9996,相对标准偏差均不超过5%,回收率在92%~98%之间。该方法可以准确测定山西省焦化企业生产的粗苯总硫含量。

Abstract:Crude benzol is a kind of basic chemical raw materials, and total sulfur crude benzol directly affects benzene hydrogenation production. Since the crude benzol added economic value is relatively higher in many production enterprises, this paper investi gated the distribution of coking enterprises in Shanxi province. According to different distribution area of coking crude benzol production in Shanxi province, this paper selected 60 samples that can represent the whole crude benzol of Shanxi Province, using ultraviolet fluorescence spectrometry to establish a method to measure total sulfur content of crude benzol. The experimental data showed that, under optima condition, the working curve correlation coefficient of the method could reach 0.9996, the relative standard deviation was less than 5%, and the recovery rate was 92~98%. So this method can be used to precisely measure the total sulfur content of crude benzol in Shanxi Coking Enterprises.
