| 摘 要： | 毛泽东同志是对外开放的倡导者和实践者,他在领导党和国家进行长期革命和建设的历史征程中,在对外开放问题上有着真知灼见:中国的发展离不开世界,要积极发展与外部世界的关系;要“洋为中用”,全方位地加强对外合作,实行对外开放;实行对外开放,必须正确认识和处理好以上三种关系。

| Abstract: | Mao Zedong is the advocator and practitioner of opening-up policy.During his leadership in Chinese Communist Party and his long revolutionary career and construction,he has proposed many keen insights into China's opening up to the outside of world.China's development would not succeed without global development.Therefore,China should actively develop its relationships with other countries in all aspects.To open up to the outside of world,China should be aware of and correctly deal with three relationships. |
