| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,吉林省民营科技企业快速发展,已成为我省民营经济中最具创新活力的生力军。但与沿海地区相比,吉林省民营科技企业依然创新乏力、发展滞后。因此,吉林省应克服制约民营科技企业技术创新的诸多因素,营造有利于民营科技企业技术创新的政策环境,提高技术创新意识,加大研发投入,从而加快吉林省民营科技企业技术进步步伐,推进吉林省工业化、城镇化建设速度。
