Abstract:In view of the discomforts of traditional mold design and the lack of experiment equipment and place,on the basis of studying the process,method and related technology of constructing 3D interactive virtual scene with Cult3D,taking the plastic injection mold example,a mold virtual disassembly and assembly experiment system based on Web is constructed with Cult3D and other related soft tools.The system makes the abstract theory concrete such as the structure,working principle and the assembly relationship of mould concretization,and has a lot of characters such as three-dimension,dynamic,interactive and transmission based on low-bandwidth and so on,overcomes the discomfort of traditional experiment, and has got good effect in practical applications.
