| 摘 要： | 地方高校是我国高等教育系统的主体,本科生又是我国大学生的主体,地方高校本科生的就业问题意义重大,但目前就业形势非常严峻.SWOT方法是源自企业管理的一种分析方法,在借用此法分析地方高校本科生就业的优势、劣势、机会和威胁等基础之上,提出了通过调整人才培养目标、端正就业导向、突出就业教育重点、打造就业服务特色和转变校内就业服务方式等路径,来促进地方高校本科生的就业.
