| 摘 要： | 研究由一个供应商和一个制造商组成的二级供应链模型,在产品保修下综合考虑了供应商和制造商的质量水平,基于根本原因分析方法设计了两种质量协调契约(固定比例互摊契约和选择性分摊契约),证明了两种质量协调契约都能够实现供应链整体最优解.相对来说,在根本原因分析的成本不可忽略的情况下,选择性分摊契约较固定比例互摊契约能够实现更高的收益.

| Abstract: | For a two-echelon supply chain consisting of a supplier and a manufacturer under product warranty, the paper comprehensively considers the quality level of the supplier and manufacturer. Based on the RCA method, two contracts （fixed rate share contract and selective share contract） are worked out, which are proved to realize the overall optimization of the supply chain. It is demonstrated that the selective share contract performs better than the fixed rate share contract while the cost of RCA cannot be ignored. |
