不同环境应力下可靠性增长单调模型的数据分析

摘    要:以加速寿命方程作为应力模型,解决利用不同环境应力下可靠性增长试验数据,求试验结束时设备可靠度的置信下限问题.并以逆幂率模型为例,给出了模型参数的极大似然估计,进而求出可靠度的置信下限.模拟研究结果表明,上述方法效果良好.

关 键 词:In this paper  we analyze reliability growth data from different stress environments. We adopt the accelerated life equations as the stress model and obtain the confidence of the reliability. The parameters in the model are estimated by the MLE(maximum likelihood estimate).Then  the confidence density of the failure rate can be obtained. The effectiveness of above method is shown by simulation studies.

Abstract:In this paper, we analyze reliability growth data from different stress environments. We adopt the accelerated life equations as the stress model and obtain the confidence of the reliability. The parameters in the model are estimated by the MLE(maximum likelihood estimate).Then, the confidence density of the failure rate can be obtained.
