BJD6100-EV型电动公交车直流驱动系统研究

摘    要:研究BJD6100-EV型电动公交车的大功率直流驱动系统的控制方法和工作特性.介绍该直流驱动系统的基本控制方法,提出续流调磁的设计思想.仿照汽油发动机测定速度特性的方法,得到了BJD6100-EV型电动公交车直流驱动系统的工作特性.在此基础上,绘制出该车的驱动力-行驶阻力平衡图,并预测了电动公交车的动力性能.通过试验,证明了该工作特性的实用性.

Abstract:Control method and working characteristics of DC drive system for BJD6100 EV electric bus are studied. The fundamental control method for this drive system is introduced, and a concept of magnetic poles modulated by continuous current is presented. Imitating the method for measuring the speed characteristic of gasoline engine, the working characteristics of the DC drive system is acquired, and this characteristic is based to give a tractive effort speed characteristic which can be used to predict the dynamic performance of the BJD6100 EV electric bus. The practicability of the working characteristic is proved by experiments.
