| Abstract: | This paper is a survey of the usage conditions of language-learning strategies among Chinese college freshmen.The result indicates that overall speaking the usage conditions are not very satisfactory,that there is a gap between high scorers and low scorers,that the lengthening of teaching time has negative correlation with students' academic achievements,that their affective attitudes and autonomy are key to the academic success.Finally upon the basis of this research,several suggestions are put forward. |
