环境因素对鱼类免疫功能的影响

摘    要:影响鱼类免疫应答的环境因素主要有温度,季节以及各种水质因素等,在临界温度之内,鱼类抗体免疫应答强度随温度升高而加强,而低温可增强非特异性免疫作用,粒细胞的活力与季节密切相关,水质因素,如放射性物质,溶解于水中的有机,无机,重金属离子等污染物,影响鱼类机体健康,同时对鱼类的免疫功能具有不同程度的毒害作用。

Abstract:The environmental factors which affect immune response of fish include temperature,season and all kinds of water factors and so on.The level of fish immune response elevate following temperature increasing in the extent of critical temperature.But low temperature can enhance nonspecific immunity.The activity of granule hemocyte highly relate to the seasons.The factors which affect water character such as radiative,organic,inorganic substances and heavy metal irons dissolved in water which do harm to fish health,can poison fish immunity at various levels.
