| 摘 要： | 首次定量检测分析了我国股份制商业银行在促进国有商业银行效率提高上的示范作用大小.首先以数据包络分析方法为基础构建了一个模型,用于计算股份制商业银行对国有商业银行效率促进的影响程度和示范效应;然后用1999～2002年我国14家商业银行的数据进行了实证分析.研究结果显示:在国有商业银行改制过程中,股份制商业银行对国有商业银行效率提高的促进作用一直存在,但是这个促进作用从整体上看呈现递减趋势,说明国有商业银行与股份制商业银行之间的效率差距在减少,我国国有商业银行的改革取得了明显的成效.
