| Abstract: | Cadre personnel files are one of the main materials on which Party Organizations at all levels inspect and appoint cadres. And they are also the important part of cadre work. Cadres' personnel files are the products of the dynamic management. So it is necessary to strengthen the work of the cadre personnel files and make their responsibilities clear, strictly examine them and carefully check them to ensure that cadre personnel files are complete and true and they are collected in time. |
