对中小企业融资问题的再探讨

随着中小企业信用担保体系的建立，一部分中小企业的融资难问题列始得到解决，但由此认为中小企业信用担保可以全部解决中小企业的资金短缺的问题是片面的，中小企业信用担保的作用是有限的，中小企业资金的彻底解决仍需继续建立多途径的融资体系，在操作上，既要考虑间接融资，又要积极利用直接融资，同时还应考虑制度创新和管理创新。
