| Abstract: | Comparatively studied the appraising of sci tech journals such as its indices systems, methods, impact factors and aims. Generalized some achievement of the theories on journals evaluation study and pointed out different characteristics of the study. Suggested an advanced method analytical hierarchy process and introduced its cyber application. |
