摘    要:基于实测数据,系统分析了日辐照量对光伏阵列转换效率、逆变器效率、光伏电站系统效率的影响,结合光伏电站结构分析了影响光伏电站系统效率的因素,建立了光伏阵列转换效率、逆变器效率与日辐照量之间的非线性模型,提出了一种基于辐照量的光伏电站系统效率的非稳态估算方法。结果表明:光伏阵列转换效率、逆变器效率随日辐照量的波动导致了光伏电站系统效率随日辐照量变化。该方法可用于计算电站的月或年总发电量,能够更加准确地计算出目标电站的系统效率并预测电站发电量,在光伏电站的效率分析、运营评估等工程方面有着良好的应用前景。

Abstract:Based on the data from the distributed PV power station in Lanzhou, the effect of daily solar irradiation on the PV array efficiency, inverter conversion efficiency and PV system comprehensive efficiency were analyzed systemically, further confirmed that the variation of the PV system comprehensive efficiency in different daily irradiation caused by the PV array efficiency and inverter conversion efficiency. Based on the analysis of the effect of daily irradiation on the PV system comprehensive efficiency, this paper analyses the factors affecting the PV system comprehensive efficiency by considering the structure of the PV system and establishes a non-linear mathematical model of the PV array efficiency and inverter conversion efficiency varying with the daily solar irradiation. A new unsteady calculation method of photovoltaic system comprehensive efficiency varying with the daily solar irradiation was proposed, which can further calculate the predicted power output of PV system. The experimental result demonstrated that the new unsteady calculation method can calculate the comprehensive efficiency and predict the power output of the target power station more accurately. This paper provides theoretical guidance for the efficiency analysis of PV systems.
