摘    要:文中提出并强调了在任职培训教学活动中,做好培训需求分析的重要性。通过调研和分析,将需求分析方法归纳为:任务分析法、目标分析法、技能分析法、缺陷分析法以及差距分析法五种具体的分析形式,并给出了其组合应用方式。探讨了基于调研的教学大纲级别和课程级别的需求分析方式,给出了教学大纲的差距统计和知识点的需求以及授课效果反馈示例,并对其应用问题进行了详细分析。初步应用表明:需求分析是一种改进任职培训教学效果的有效形式。

On the approaches of requirements analysis on post-oriented education

Abstract:Requirements analysis plays a very important role in post-oriented education. Requirements analysis can be divided into the following five classes, task analysis, target analysis, skill analysis, shortage analysis and insufficiency analysis. On the basis of the classification, a combination of the analysis is given. The analysis approaches are studied on the basis of the teaching program level and the course level. Presenting the shortage statistic method of teaching program, the requirements of key knowledge points and the effect of training, this paper discusses how to apply this system in details. It shows that requirements analysis is an effective way to improve post-oriented education.
