| 摘 要： | 为适应任职教育不断发展的新形势，针对任职教育过程的实际情况，从任职教育的课程建设、教学建设以及任职教员队伍建设三个方面，分析了目前任职教育过程中的现状，论述了制约任职教育质量提高的突出性问题，提出了加强和提高任职教育质量的具体办法和对策。

| Abstract: | To face the rapid development in post-oriented education, this paper discusses the prominent factors limiting the development of the post oriented education quality by analyzing its present situation from the following three aspects： curriculum construction, teaching construction and instructor team building. Some detailed methods and countermeasure on how to reinforce and improve the post oriented education quality are proposed. |
