摘    要:运用层次分析法建立综合评价指标体系,确定各评价指标的权重;运用模糊决策法确定风险等级,进行综合评判.由于只需对单个因素进行分析,通过对不同专家组对风险的不同认识的综合及其程度模糊判定的量化确定风险的级别,保证了风险评价方法的科学性、客观性和合理性.

Abstract:The analytic hierarchy process is to be employed to set up a comprehensive system of evaluation indices and determine their weights, and the fuzzy decision method is further to be used to determine the risk level for comprehensive evaluation. Because only a single risk factor is to be analyzed, the risk level may be determined then by means of synthesizing various understanding of the risk by various expert groups as well as quntizing the risk level with fuzzy discrimination. By doing so, it will be guaranteed that the evaluation method is scientific, objective, and reasonable.
