| 摘 要： | 本文以某沿海地区拟建水泥厂为例，通过对厂区及周围地区的特殊环境状况分析，以及根据国家对重点城市污染物排放总量的控制标准，对拟建工厂所在地区的大气环境影响进行了评价，研究了在沿海地区建设TSP排放量相对较大的工厂可能造成的环境影响，尤其在地形相对比较复、环境保护目标敏感的情况下，否决了拟建水泥厂，保证了区域环境的安全。

| Abstract: | Through a case study of a cement plant project in a coastal area, the influence of the project on the ambient air quality was evaluated, based on the special geographical characteristics of the area and the national environmental standards on the total allowable emission amount of pollutants for major cities. The possible environmental influence from building large plants with considerably high emission of total suspended particle (TSP) has been discussed with respect to special regions such as those with complicated topography and environmentally sensitive objects. |
