烫伤宁镇痛抗炎作用的实验研究

摘    要:探讨烫伤宁是否具有镇痛抗炎作用,为其冶疗烫伤提供药效学依据。采用小鼠扭体、激光致痛等模型观察烫伤宁的镇痛效果,用小鼠耳肿法观察烫伤宁外用对急性渗出性炎症的影响。结果为烫伤宁无论灌胃或腹腔注射原药及稀释2~8倍(按02mL/10g体重给药),均显著抑制小鼠扭体反应;大鼠浅Ⅱ°烫伤创面外涂烫伤宁原药及稀释4、16倍药液1mL,可显著提高激光致痛的痛阈。正常耳廓涂药不能对抗二甲苯所致耳肿胀。

Abstract:The studies were carried out to find out if Tang Shang Ning(TSN) has analgesic and anti-inflammatory activites for the purpose of using the preparation to treat burn. the writhing in mice and the withdraw response stimulated to with laser beam in rats were used to evaluate the analgesic effect of TSN and the ear edema induced by dimethlphenbenzene was used to evaluate the anti-inflammatory acti-inflammatory activity of TSN. TSN administrated via ip or po route could significantly inbihit the writhing response induced by 06% acetic acid (ip).It was also observed that the latencies of withdraw(pain thrseholds)at the margin of burn determined by laser beam stimulation were markedly elongated after applied TSN to the surface of skin-burn in rats.TSN had no anti-inflammlatory activity on the model of earedema in mice when administrated to the normal skin of the ear. TSN has markedly analgesic activity.
