| 摘 要： | 创新资源的转移趋势主要表现跨国公司积极布局创新资源网络、全球经济重心向新兴市场转移趋势加大、科技人才向发达国家流动的趋势明显〔1〕。分析了现状、动因与趋势,总结出几点具有普遍意义的规律,论述了创新资源转移的对于我国产业发展的影响,以及在这种形势下我国应该采取的应对策略。
