英语教学新探:高校教师自我探索之路

摘    要:教师可以借助——自我反思,并依据反思后获取的新知识采取行动——探索出自己的教学方法。分析和评价教学样本,思考讲授相同课堂内容的不同方法,并制定一项教学计划。然后,通过执行这项新的教学计划,继续收集教学样本。在实施英语教育的过程中详尽地考察上述循环过程的每一阶段,并介绍教师如何通过自我反思、对其他教师教学的观摩、教学讨论、教师日记等途径以实现自我探索教学方法。

Abstract:As teachers, we can explore our own teaching through a cyclic process of reflecting and then acting on knowledge gained through reflection. The fast step in the cycle is to collect descriptive samples of our teaching. This is followed by an analysis and appraisal of these samples. The next step is to consider how the same lesson could be taught differently and to draw up a teaching plan. Then, by implementing the new plan, the cycle returns to the collection of samples of teaching. By examining each stage in the cycle, the paper elaborates on such approaches to explore effective teaching methods as reflection, observing teaching of other teachers, talking about teaching, writing in a journal or diary about teaching, etc.
