空冷单排翅片管换热器流动特性数值研究

摘    要:翅片管换热器作为空冷凝汽器的核心部件,其流动特性对空冷电厂的运行特性具有重要影响。本文建立了单排翅片管换热器的数值计算模型,采用计算流体动力学方法对典型工况下单排翅片管换热器的内部流场进行了数值模拟,得到了不同迎面风速下翅片管换热器的流动特性。计算结果表明:随着迎面风速的不断增大,翅片管换热器内的流动损失不断增大,且5种典型工况下的翅片管换热器流动特性偏差较小,数值模拟结果与实验数据的一致性表明了所建模型的准确性。研究结果对提高空冷凝汽器乃至空冷电站的运行经济性具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:As the main components in an air-cooled steam condenser, flow characteristics of" the finned tnbe exchanger plays key roles to deternfine the performance of the whole condenser. In the paper, the numerical nmdel of tile single row finned tube exchangers is established. The internal flow field inside the fins under typical working conditions is simulated, anti the flow characteristics of the exchangers at different frontal velocity are obtained. It is found that the flow loss inside the fins rises continuously with the increase of the frontal velocity, and the difference of the pressure loss is very low. Tile consistency hetween the between the simulation and the experimental data shows the precision of the established model. The study is significant to improve and optimize the performance of the air-cooled power plant.
