| 摘 要： | 作为语篇的普遍特征,体裁互文性指的是语篇内部融合不同体裁、语域或风格特征的现象。文章是依据体裁互文性理论对中美法庭判决书中存在的体裁互文性现象进行分析比较,指出中美两国判决书语篇体裁特征,揭示中美法庭判决书中所蕴含的法官和诉讼当事人之间的权势关系。

| Abstract: | As the universal characteristic of a discourse, generic intertextuality refers the phenomenon of different genres, registers and styles integrated within a sing｜e text. Based on the theory of generic intertextuality, the article makes a contrastive analysis on the genetic intertextuality in Chinese and American court judgments, pointing out the generic features of Chinese and American court judgments, so as to reveal the power relations implied in Chinese and American court judgments between judges and litigants. |
