| 摘 要： | 安源工运时期我党领导下的红色教育曾取得巨大成功,究其原因,一个重要方面便应归于党对红色教育卓有成效的组织管理。本文即对当时红色教育组织管理中的办学理念、资源开拓和管理机制等问题作了初步的梳理和探讨。

| Abstract: | Revolutionary Education in the period of Anyuan Workers’ Movement once made great success under the leadership of CPC. Its success should be attributed to the effective organization and management of CPC in revolutionary education. This thesis made a preliminary study on the ideas of running schools, resources exploration and management mechanism in organization and management of revolutionary education. |
