| 摘 要： | 以机械加工标准样块为对象，分析了不同机械加工获得表面形貌的特征，观察了同种机械加工方法获得不同粗糙度的表面形貌。结果表明，各种机械加工方法获得表面形貌存在着差异，同种机械加工获得不同粗糙度的表面形貌结构具有自相似性。

| Abstract: | With the mechanically processed standard sample as the research object,this paper analyses the surface shape characteristics through different mechanical processing ways and the surface shape of different roughness through the same mechanical processing way.The results show that the surface shapes through different mechanical processing ways are different while the surface shape of different roughness through the same mechanical processing way is similar. |
