"General Inspection of Law Enforcement"and Judicial Independence and Justice

The political system reform has become a key to the further promotion of judicial independence and law-ruling process. According to the analysis of the legitimacy of "general inspection of law enforcement", there still exists the tendency of "political movement" and "political superficiality". Therefore, it's necessary to carry on a deep enlightenment of democracy and law ruling; to deepen the reform of political system and judicial system; to advance the restriction of multiple rights' disunion and balance; to protect the judicial authority and promote the judicial justice, so as to push forward the early establishment of law ruling order.
