机械力化学法合成SrZnO_2:Sm~(3+)及发光性能

摘    要:采用机械力化学法与热分解相结合的方法合成了SrZnO2:Sm3+粉体。用热重—差热(TG-DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、荧光(FL)对样品进行了结构、形貌及发光性能表征。结果表明,样品粒径为100~300nm,在409 nm波长激发下,样品发红光,发射主峰为606 nm,对应于Sm3+离子的5G5/2→6H7/2跃迁,并且研究了Sm3+的最佳掺杂浓度,其浓度较低仅为1.0%。

Abstract:SrZnO2:Sm3+ was prepared by mechanochemistry process and thermal decomposition with nitrates.The synthetic process and luminescent properties of nanometer SrZnO2:Sm3+ were investigated by means of TG-DSC,XRD,SEM,FL.The results indicate that the product has an average diameter of 100~300 nm with good dispersion.In the excitation spectra of SrZnO2:Sm3+,a broad excitation band from 200 to 450 nm is observed with monitoring at 606 nm.The strongest luminescence excitation peak of SrZnO2:Sm3+is located at 409 nm,...
