企业业务流程重组理论的历史演进及趋势分析

业务流程重组理论源于传统的管理模式不能适应现代企业竞争和发展的需要，从被提出到现在，其演进历史经历了三个阶段：第一阶段是20世纪90年代初期，这一时期的研究处于起步阶段，其理论和方法都不成熟；第二阶段是20世纪90年代后期，随着大量企业开始实施业务流程重组，业务漉程重组理论的研究进入边实践边发展阶段；第三阶段是21世纪初，这一时期对业务流程重组理论的研究进入一个快速发展期，研究的内容和范围也比以前更丰富。通过对其演进过程的分析，可以看出业务流程重组理论的研究方向，一方面向流程管理方面发展，另一方面与组织变革理论开始结合。

Evolution History and Trend Analyzing of Enterprise's Business Process Reengineering Theory

The appearance of business process reengineering theory is because that traditional management pattern cannot adapt to the modern enterprise's competition and the needs of development,since it was proposed,its evolution history experienced three stages: 1st,at the beginning of 90's,the research of it located on the practice and the exploration stage,its theory and method was still not mature. 2nd,to the 90's later periods,many enterprises started to imply the business process reengineering project,many questions were exposed from the practice,which greatly promoted be mature and the development of the business process reengineering theory;3rd,at the beginning of 21st century to now,the study of the business process reengineering theory entered into a fast exhibition period.Through to analysis its historical evolution process,the future research of business process reengineering will developed into two ways: one is the business process management,another is that it will combine with organization change theory.
