| Abstract: | The computer simulation of a new kind of programmable network, MOSPET-C network, has been discussed in this paper. First, the basic theory and its structure of MOSFET-C are introduced. Then, the computer simulation program written with FORTRAN Language is given. Finally the function of each subprogram in the simulation system has been analyged in detail. |
