多心理账户下基于QFD的多产品库存优化

针对顾客有限理性引起的需求模糊性和随机性,引入多心理账户于多产品库存决策系统,指出库存决策者的金字塔式心理账户结构.以顾客满意为驱动力,基于QFD(质量功能展开)将顾客需求转化为对多产品库存的优化.结合行为证券投资组合理论建立了一种具有机会约束属性的多产品库存优化模型,并给出了其求解算法.

Optimization of multi-product inventory based on QFD with multiple mental accounts

Focusing on the fuzziness and randomness of customers' demands incurred by the bounded rational customers,multiple mental accounts are introduced into multiproduct inventory decision-making system,based on which the pyramid structure of consumers' mental accounts is indicated.Driven by customer satisfaction,customers' demands are transferred into the optimization of multi-product inventory based on QFD(quality function deployment).The optimization model of multi-product inventory with chance constrained attributes based on behavioral portfolio theory is established,which are solved as well.
