以人为本视角下大学生职业生涯规划研究

近年来,高等院校招生规模持续扩大,大学毕业生人数逐年递增.同时,全球金融危机与经济衰退致使大学毕业生的就业形势日益严峻,这就客观上迫切要求重视并加强大学生职业生涯规划工作.基于此,本文以职业生涯规划的相关理论为基础,对大学生职业生涯规划所涉及的核心概念及相关理论进行了分析,继而对我国大学生就业形势进行了分析,指出了大学生就业难的主要原因,探索职业生涯规划与大学生就业之间的关系,并得出大学生成功就业与进行职业生涯规划具有很强的相关性.分析了目前大学生职业生涯规划的情况及所存在的问题,提出了进一步加强和改进大学生职业生涯规划的若干措施和建议,以期改善我国大学生的职业生涯规划建设,促进大学生成功实现个人的职业生涯.
