金属粉末动态注射成型用水溶性粘结剂的制备及性能表征

摘    要:本文以PEG和POM为主体组分配方制备了一种用于金属粉末动态注射成型用的水溶性粘结剂。通过测试表明,该粘结剂体系组分之间有很好的相容性,和金属粉末的混合性良好。动态流变性能测试结果表明,该种粘结剂体系对振动力场的响应良好,能够在振动力场下降低挤出压力,压力最大降低了6.07%。在水中脱脂速度快,脱脂率高,脱脂实验表明,该种粘结剂可以在75℃水中4小时内的脱脂率43.06%。通过对热性能进行测试表明,粘结剂体系具备良好的热分解性能,添加剂的加入使得热分解温度降低,有利于烧结的进行。

Abstract:Based on PEG and POM a kind of water-soluble binder that is suitable for Metal Powder Dynamic Injection Molding is introduced in this paper. According to the test result, the binding system mixed equably and it mixes perfectly with the metal powder. Vibration rheology property test shows that the feedstock reacting well to the vibration, the extrusion pressure is greatly reduced, and the pressure reduces 6.07% at most. Debinding test shows that the binder can be removed very fast in the water and the binder removes 43.06% after 4h in 75℃ water. The thermodynamic test shows that the binding system decomposes well and the additive helps lower the decompose temperature which is beneficial for sintering.
