摘    要:研究了动态分析的模态分析技术。考虑到模态分析的理论背景、试验技术条件、数据可靠度和精度等4个方面的现实性,选用了自由界面模态综合法作为汽车结构动态分析和设计的理论方法。为检验这种方法的有效性和可行性,用这种方法计算了空间双层子结构的主要振动特性,并将所得结果与有限元精确解进行对比,表明了这种方法不仅适用于简单对接情况也适用于高度赘余连接的情况,并且具有良好的综合精度。为进一步用其进行汽车结构动态分析创造了条件。

Abstract:In this article, modal analysis technology about dynamic analysis was studied. Free interface model comprehensive method was used to dynamic analysis and design of automobile structure based on theory background of model analysis, test technology conditions, data reliability and precision. In order to test the efficient and possibility of the method, main vibration features about space double layer has been calculated based on this method, comparing this with the precise solution of finite element method, the result shows that this method is suitable not only for simple interfaces between components but also for high reductive interfaces. In addition, the method also has high comprehensive precision. Furthermore it creates conditions to dynamic analysis in automobile structures.
