| 摘 要： | 在与外交政策的互动过程中,中国与美国的国际时评的作用存在着显著的不同。美国国际时评起着观察者、参与者和催化剂的作用;中国国际时评更多的是外交政策的一个工具,是一种面向受众的单向度传播。面对"声音微弱"的现实,中国有必要改进国际时评的写作,以"制造话题",为提高"软实力"服务。

| Abstract: | There are some obvious differences between Sino-U.S on the interactions of international opinions and foreign policies.In the USA,opinion writing plays the role of an observer,a participant and a catalyst.While in China,opinion writing plays just the role of tools.It is just an attachment of foreign policy.The Chinese media must find a way to discuss topics from its own perspective. |
