发动机燃用乳化柴油的颗粒粒径分布特性

摘    要:对一台涡轮增压柴油机燃用纯柴油和乳化柴油时的颗粒数量粒径分布、总颗粒、核态颗粒及聚集态颗粒数量和体积浓度进行了试验研究.试验燃料为纯柴油E0和E10,E15及ED乳化柴油.试验结果表明:发动机燃用乳化柴油时,颗粒数量粒径呈单峰或双峰对数正态分布,数量浓度峰值出现在粒径为10~20nm;与纯柴油E0相比,核态颗粒数量和体积浓度增大,聚集态颗粒数量和体积浓度减小,而总颗粒数量浓度增大、体积浓度减小.

Abstract:A test study was made of the particle number size distribution,total particle number concentration,nucleation mode particle number concentration and accumulation mode particle number concentration for pure diesel and emulsified diesel fueled in a turbocharged diesel engine with the pure diesel E0 and emulsified diesel E10,E15 as well as ED.Results show that when the emulsified diesel is fueled,particle number size prefers unimodal or bimodal log-normal distribution,and the concentration reaches the maximum when the particle size is within 10~20nm.Compared to those fueled with pure diesel E0,when the nucleation mode particle number and volume concentration increase,the accumulation mode particle number and volume concentration decrease intead;on the other hand,when the total particle number concentration increases,the total particle volume concentration decreases.
