| 摘 要： | 通过分析高校体育教师工作倦怠的基本情况,阐明了引起体育教师倦怠的主要原因及教师倦怠所引起的不良影响后果,提出了消解高校体育教师职业倦怠的具体途径,以提高高校体育教师工作的积极性,防止对学生造成直接的消极影响,从而更好地推进我国体育教育事业的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | The main reasons and the kickback were illustrated by analyzing the basic statistics of college physical education teachers＇ vocational accidie. The solutions were put forward to promote P. E teachers＇ enthusiasm, avoid of producing negative influence to the students, consequently promote the concord-development of our country＇s athletics education enterprise betterly. |
