球类运动干预对改善大学生焦虑和抑郁水平的研究

摘    要:以球类选修课作为平台,实施“组合式”教学方法,对实验结果以身心症状自评量表(SCL-90)、运动量等级量表(PARS-3)进行量化和相关分析。结果证明:在运动量、运动强度、时间、频率基本相同的情况下,大学生的心理因子产生积极变化,其中焦虑因子和抑郁因子在干预前后有显著性差异,球类运动的干预效果要优于其他体育运动,从而证明球类运动对大学生改善焦虑和抑郁状态有较好的健康效应。

Abstract:Based on the situation of college students' mental health,the authors practiced the combined teaching method in the elective courses of ball games,and make the quantitative analysis on the results of physical symptom checklist(SCL-90) and intensity rating scale(PARS-3).There were significant difference in anxiety and depression factor between before and after the intervention.The results showed that the ball games intervention had positive effect on the improvement of the mental health of college students.
