摘 要: | 在广泛pH范围内对林可霉素的化学稳定性进行了研究,测定了不同温度,不同pH的林可霉素分解的速度常数,按Arrhenius方程计算了不同pH的分解活化能及不同温度下最稳定的pH。

Abstract: | n the present experiment, the chemical stability of lincomycin was studied in alarge pH range. The rate constants at different temperatures and different pH Values were deter-mined.Kinetic equations and arrhenius equations were obtained.Activation energy values for dif-ferent pH as well as the pH value of maximurn stabilitypH]m nat different temperatures were al-so obtained. |
