| 摘 要： | 在调查了国家邮政局纪特邮票发行过程中的具体操作和分析了纪特邮票数据本身的特点后 ,采用了 3种预测方法分析了我国近 2 0年来纪特邮票预定量数据 ,建立了纪特邮票预定量的数学模型 ,预测了今后几年纪特邮票预定量数据。通过对数学模型的求解 ,获得了一些纪特邮票发行内在规律 ,而这些规律对决策机构在决策过程中有一定的参考作用

| Abstract: | After investigating the circulation operation of commemorative and special stamps conducted by GPO(General Post Office) and studying the characteristics of the stamp data themselves, this paper applies three prediction methods to the analysis of predicated stamp circulation data in recent 20 years and establishes its mathematical model.Predication of stanp circulation quantity is given for the next few years.Some intrinsic laws governing the circulation of commemorative and special stamps have been obtained through the solution of mathematical model.They are of reference to the decision making authority to take the decision. |
