| 摘 要： | 本文综述了决策支持系统的概况，分析了房地产投资决策的原理和方法，建立了房地产投资综合决策支持系统的模型，在此基础上，研制了相应的软件包，仿真实验表明，该软件包能在投资过程中辅助房产开发商作出快速，合理，科学的决策。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we discuss the development general situation, principle, function and structure of decision support system. We analyse the method of real estate investment decision, and establish its decision model. On the basis of the model, a software package is developed. A simulation experiment shows that the software package can assist the real estate investors to make quick, reasonable and scientific decisions in the process of investment. |
