摘    要:利用城市污泥制备烧结砖是城市污泥资源化利用的一个有效途径。从城市污泥烧结砖制备过程中存在的主要问题出发,分析了矿物掺料和生物技术对城市污泥烧结砖制备的除臭及改性作用。分析表明,用矿物吸附和生物技术联合除臭方法,可以解决生产中的臭气污染问题;同时,吸附除臭作用强的微孔型矿物掺料可以改善原材料的塑性,提高坯体强度;矿物掺料化学组成合理时,可以作为助熔剂降低制品焙烧温度,并提高制品强度和保温隔热性能。因此,采用矿物掺料和生物技术的方法可以使除臭和改性有效结合,具有合二为一的独特效果。

Abstract:It is an effective way that municipal sludge is used to make sintered bricks.Based on the problems in the process of making the sintered bricks,the function of both adsorption of mineral additives and biotechnology on the deodorization and performance improvement in the manufacture of sintered brick is analyzed.The result is that the problem of air pollution could be solved by using the approaches of adsorption of mineral additives and biotechnology;meanwhile,the plasticity of raw material and the strength of the unburned brick could be improved by using the mineral additives with many pores and better function of deodorization.Furthermore,the properly proportioned mineral additives could have the function of reducing sintering temperature,improving strength and thermal insulation of the products.So this is an innovative technology to combine the deodorization and performance improvement by using the approaches of adsorption of mineral additives and biotechnology.
