复方骨愈片治疗小白鼠骨折愈合过程中Ca~(++)早期沉积促进骨痂生成的效能

摘    要:Rockwood等学者将完全性骨折愈合过程分三期,即炎症、修复及塑形期,但未详谈在骨折愈合过程生化演变对骨折愈合的影响。也有少数学者对钙、磷、锌等化学物质在骨折愈合中的转化效能各论不一。本组用复方骨愈片实验治疗小白鼠股骨骨折,并采用扫描电镜、透射电镜观察该药在骨折愈合过程中,生物、无机物、化学Ca、P、Zn沉积和有机物、酶、蛋白原素,对骨生成细胞、胶原纤维生成及相互转换的超微结构演生,及其在骨折愈合过程中的效能,报告如下:1 材料和方法

Abstract:We treated the femoral fracture of rates with Fu Fang Gu Yu Piang (FFGYP) and seven days later we found by transmission electron microscipe (TEM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) that new vessele project, prolollagen fibers, interstitial cells, protein-Golgi complexes, mitochondria, lyso-somes increased significantly. Ca, P, Protein deposited in osteoclastes, the island of osteocyte formed and osteocyte project were seen ahead of time. So the FFGYP can make the osteocytes growing and proliferating continually : improve the union, shorten the treatment course.
