战争责任问题与革命外交遗产

战争责任问题在20世纪末已进入跨国司法程序。但由于它与战后中日关系和新中国外交的历史渊泺，作为政治遗产的战争责任问题和作为思想遗产的革命外交，在后冷战时代与亚太地区的国际政治格局发生了复杂的互动、共生关系。日本学者从历史、社会学、国际政治学等视角对战争责任问题已有相当的研究积累；对于中国学者来说，在这一问题意识下对战后中日关系和中国外交的再探讨是不可回避的课题。

On the Issue of Japanese War Responsibility and the Legacy of Revolutionary Diplomacy

Transnational judiciary procedure has been introduced in the issue of Japanese war responsibility since the end of the 20th century. However, due to their close historical connection with the post - war Sino - Japanese relations and Chinese diplomacy, both the issue of war responsibility as a political legacy and the revolutionary diplomacy as an ideological legacy worked together with the post - war Asia - Pacific international relations and formed a scenario of complex interaction and coexistence. Japanese scholars have accumulated enormous research on war responsibility from the angle of history, sociology, and international polities. It is therefore unavoidable for Chinese scholars to probe further into postwar Sino - Japanese relations and Chinese diplomacy with a critical mind.
