摘    要:研制出一个新型的有源隔振系统,它采用了光电子、计算机、机械与材料学科的新技术,实现了一定程度的智能化控制。这个系统以较为简单的机械结构实现了全频域内的最佳阻尼与无谐振峰运行,显著地改善了传统无源减振器的隔振效果。

Abstract:The main defect in the performance of an ordinary vibration damper is discussed and a wayof improvement with intelligent control is proposed. A laser vibration sensor is introduced into the or-dinary vibration damping system to measure the frequency and amplitude of the vibration. Accordingto what has been measured by the sensor, a single-chip computer in the system will adjust a control-lable damper so as to enable the system to be in a low damping state when it is subjected to high-fre-quency vibration and in a high damping state if it is subjected to a shock or low-frequency vibration.Thus the vibration transmissibility will be kept at a low value within the whole frequency range andbetter damping effect can be achieved.
