摘    要:传统盐酸法生产饲料级磷酸氢钙工艺,生产1t饲料级磷酸氢钙要产生7~8tw(CaCl_2)为10%~15%的CaCl_2母液。少数企业将母液浓缩回收CaCl_2·2H_2O。多数企业因回收过程能源消耗高,产品销售季节性强,采取母液直接外排,结果造成二次环境污染。“盐酸法制作饲料级磷酸氢钙副产碳酸钙及氯化铵新工艺”实施专利建成的生产装置既可大量消化副产盐酸,又可在生产饲料级磷酸氢钙的同时联产碳酸钙和氯化铵产品,消除了CaCl_2废液外排。

Abstract:1 ton feed-grade DCP is produced when 7-8 ton 10%-15% CaCl2 mother solution was gained with traditional technology. A few enterprises concentrated the mother solution to retrieve CaCl2· H2O,but a majority directly emit the mother solution because more energy is consumed and there is seasonal change to sell as commercial product. As a result,the environment is twice polluted. The application of the new technology based on state invention patent can consume large hydrochloric acid from other process's by-product. At the same time,feed-grade DCP calcium carbonate & ammonium chloride are produced.
