虹吸式真空管太阳能热水器热性能研究

摘    要:研制了一种虹吸式高效真空管太阳能热水器。该热水具有热效率高、散热系数小、全年使用时间长、四季有用热能获得最基本均衡的特点,提高了热水器的有效热转移因子。集热管下面专门设计的聚光反射板,与水箱上的平面反光镜面一起最大限度地提高了正午前后的效率,使瞬时效率在一天内基本不变,与普通真空管太阳能热水器相比,日效率可提高15%以上。

Abstract:New technology of siphon off water is adopted in our country for the first time. A high efficiency_siphoning mode evacuated_tube solar hot water collector has been developed successfully. It has the properties of high efficiency, lower loss coefficient, prolonged use in a full year and basically balanced amount in four seasons. The effective heat removal factor F c is increased. A specially designed light gathering reflecting board under the evacuated_tuber together with the surface reflective mirror increase thermal efficiency at noonday, making the instantaneous efficiency steady in almost one day. Compared with ordinary evacuated_tuber solar hot water collector, its daily thermal efficiency increases by 15% or more.
